The IGC, a not-for-profit organization, was founded in 1996 in the US, relocating to Vancouver, Canada, incorporating there in March 2000. The organization was established to provide a forum for interested parties to address issues and advance common interests in the global interactive gaming industry, to establish fair and responsible trade guidelines and practices that enhance consumer confidence in interactive gaming products and services, and to serve as the industry‘s public policy advocate and information clearinghouse. Mr. Herman Behr is a board member of the IGC.

MEMBER OF MRGC - Malta Remote Gaming Council
The Malta Remote Gaming Council is an initiative of the Lotteries and Gaming Authority as part of its strategic plan to create a dynamic regulatory environment for Remote Gaming. The Council was launched in March 2005. The MRGC Council is made up of all stakeholders in the remote gaming industry including licensed operators, data carriers, Internet service providers, lawyers and professional services providers. The Council’s main objective is to serve as an ongoing discussion forum giving valuable feedback to the Authority to be able to keep abreast with the latest developments in the industry.


MEMBER OF CIGA - Curaçao Interactive Gaming Association
CIGA is dedicated to the industry of internet and online gaming in Curaçao, and all member companies agree to abide by a code of conduct that ensures compliance with all licensing requirements, and also general principles of good business. Members comprise two groups – operators, and non operators. Operators are those who directly engage in online gaming activities within the island of Curaçao, while non operators are companies representing support activities such as banking, insurance, trust management, software, office rental etc. Mr. Herman Behr is Board Member and Treasurer.

CIFA (Curaçao International Financial Services Association) is the representative association of professionals in the international financial services sector of the Curaçao. It acts as a sounding board for and advise government, regulatory agencies, and monetary authorities on issues concerning the international financial services sector. CIFA initiates and endorses the development of new concepts, products and services by actively lobbying for new state-of-the-art laws and regulations (fiscal, corporate and compliance).

FinanceMalta was launched as a foundation on the 21st May 2007 as a partnership between the financial industry and the Government of Malta to promote Malta as a reputable financial services centre, both locally and internationally. FinanceMalta’s main aim is to promote the Islands’ financial services brand, both within, as well as outside, Malta’s shores. It brings together, and harnesses, the resources of the industry and government, to ensure that Malta maintains a modern and effective legal, regulatory and fiscal framework in which the financial services sector can continue to grow and prosper.
